Is there a map of this lake shore overlay district? I can't think of any rational reason it should extend to this property other than an underhanded way to limit development along Lake. Maybe this overlay district needs to be revisited.

Is there some way Metro Transit can make Google Maps do anything? How would they know anything Google Maps is going to do?

Excelsior is also owned by the County, they'd have to sign off on that. When this was built there was a snowball chance in hell Hennepin would put in a two lane roundabout on this road.
