It seems like a redevelopment of Surdyk's and that photography shop could go a long way towards making the near NE node more cohesive.

Why would Surdyk's, and the photography shop need to be redeveloped ? Surdyk's has been there a long time and is very popular.

I'm starting to see this from almost every angle when I look at downtown. Makes me wish it would go higher.
