I already knew the rent prices were going to be high, but when a 1 bedroom is starting at $1600...yeah I don't think so.

I don't mean to sound ignorant here, but what exactly is so bad about the proposal that people are against? Are they scared of progress or do they just really love the surface lot and the ugly building, and an intersection that remains hauntingly creepy in the night?

I love how some people are claiming that LPM is destroying the neighborhood...because you know, I'd MUCH rather see another beautiful Volunteers of America building, or the one across the street from it along with all the street urchins stumbling off Nicollet Mall
