Transit for Livable Communities has been saying that Franklin has the highest bicycle counts of any street in the city without bicycle lanes. Just to clarify about Franklin Ave, there is a planning study going on right now through Transit for Livable Communities/Bike Walk Twin Cities to design bike lanes. However neither the city nor the county have committed to actually implementing the recommendations for bike lanes and improvements.
