I drove by this lot on Saturday and saw a big sign on the booth saying the lot was now closed. Most (if not all) of the entrances/exits were blocked off, too.

The L-shape balconies wrapping around the corners are underrated. Also like the funky rooftop structure and light pole. Good updates!

I like how much of an impact this will make from Washington (e.g. the Haute Dish side of the street), at least until the parking lots in front of it fill in.

I don't know when they'll be breaking ground but they selected/finalized the project's lender about a week ago or so. It's definitely moving forward.

I walked across the Hennepin bridge this morning and paid special attention to StoneBridge. From that view, it's looking to be a nice bookend to the Mill City area. It's fun to see the glass going up.

A co-worker who has a parking contract in the underground garage here said they can't park there anymore starting August 1st. Maybe work will start in August?

People were still parking there during the day as of last week.

This is still turning out to be a nice looking project but the progress is unbelievably slow. The brick siding is finished but it's difficult to see where else they've made progress comparing today's look to the pictures from early June in this thread.

This is a fantastic mid-rise. The inspiration pictures/ideas in the appendix and the resulting focus on the streetscape is great to see.

Good point. I love height but it seems especially useful in this spot. That said, this is a really nice project that I support.
