It wasn't a very bright idea to have only 100, 169, and Louisiana as the only major thoroughfares traveling N/S to cross the tracks. It just forces everyone further west in order to get to places when 100 is shut down. How about a Cedar Lake road link while we're at it.

Re: Latitude 45 - (301 Washington Avenue South)
Pricing has been finalized and approved. Look for it to be released around the 7th. From what I have seen, it is "reasonable". Depends on your definition of reasonable but through my email exchanges with the newly appointed property manager, larger alcoves (600+) are begin around $1460 an...

Re: Latitude 45 - (301 Washington Avenue South)
I saw floor plans for the first floor, including preliminary design choices for the restaurant on the 3rd/Washington corner. It is going to be very nice. Plenty of patio space outside. It will be a nice addition to this side of downtown.

Physical Occupancy is only 17%. Some of what they are figuring into the 25% is Corporate Housing.

Hopefully, it is not the type of product that bubbles and peels, like when people get a cheap window tint done on their car.

Re: Denver RTD Transit System
Except for, um, the Federal Center, the largest concentration of federal agencies outside of DC? And Red Rocks Community College? And the former St Anthony hospital complex, which is being redeveloped? I'm as critical of RTD as anybody but I think the West line was one of their better choices. Cert...

Re: Denver RTD Transit System
The West Line is in such a wasted route. There literally is no reason to get off on any of the stops between the Auraria West Campus stop and Oak Station, unless you want to walk to Casa Bonita. :D They should have tried to run it down Alameda and catch the Belmar area before going out to the Jeffco...

They could always level the Village Park of Bloomington and put the stadium there.

They'd probably complain about the "noise" coming from the stadium.

Re: Downtown East Project (Ryan Companies / Wells Fargo)
I'm guessing they used the yard lines in the picture to show scale. Almost everyone can conceptualize just how big a football field is 120yrds x 53yrds (roughly).

You mean the clientele?Backhoes are digging a huge hole at Boneyard. Looks like a sewer or water main problem.

Re: Uptown Restaurant News
That is exactly why they would go there.^That's incorrect. If you think hipsters would go to a lame suburban cowboy bar, you clearly misunderstand who that word is describing.

According to the Uptown Neighborhood News a Cowboy Jacks will be replacing the former Social House space. Apparently uptown doesn't have enough Bro bars.
Great. Hipsters in cowboy hats.

I kinda like this one. It puts off a (*preposterous statement alert*) Parthenon-made-out-of-brick vibe.
