Re: Pier B

^^The beefstick was there on the floor when we walked into the room. It's a whole other thing if it was put on my pillow like a bedtime mint - that I could have appreciated.

Re: 4Marq - (313' - 30 Stories)

I'm sure this has been answered on other threads, but when looking at the 4Marq webcam, are there plans for the large surface lot at the bottom of the screen?

^^Crazy. There's not even a proposal out yet, much less any plans brought to the city as far as we know.

Re: Superior Plating site

Of course opinions are just that, but I was of the understanding that this was to be a tower, and if that is the case - Westin in Edina is nice, but Nic on 5th I think most people would consider a dissapointment. The other structures with any sort of height are even bigger dissapointments in New Orl...

Re: Pier B

Wow. Hope this project can get done. After staying at the Radisson there in D-Town this summer and having to have all new bedding brought in because it was filthy and the beefstick that was on the floor of our room picked up - I would welcome more options to stay when in town.

It doesn't seem that there are any proposals for this area yet - is that correct?

Re: Superior Plating site

Looking at the projects that ESG has done, there isn't much that is inspiring unfortunately. At least that's my opinion. Their best project in my mind is the Westin in Edina.
