I wouldn't be surprised if Walgreen's/CVS opened up at LPM. The retail space is pretty big, no?

There is a CVS a half mile away on Hennepin and 11th and a Walgreens 0.6 miles away at Nicollet between 8th and 9th. Could this location support either of those when other locations are so close?

That is probably the smallest gas station I've ever seen. Only two pumps. It is typically in use though. I don't think it would be much of a loss if it was gone.

DTE could definitely use something. It is a bit of a hike to get over to Lunds/Whole Foods. Trader Joe's would be great over there.

I agree that it'd be great to see some of the small scale retail like convenience shops. It is really common to see these at subway stations in major cities, so it would be perfectly reasonable and logical to see them at light rail stations or major transit centers around here.
