Development of walmart seems most imminent. Speaking of jersey barriers, NE corner of Rice and Como has them surrounding the old Stahl lanes footprint. Anyone have info on what's going up? Combination coffee shop and dialysis clinic. Some of the reports about the closing say Walmart isn't looking into replacing the store with another one near the Capitol. I think it was in the Pioneer Press report.
