I think the city needs to rethink shorter hours on weekdays/weekends/closed on Sunday - it just forces out of town visitors and residents to go to MOA or the suburbs to shop. There will again be demand for office space, living space and entertainment space. When you make your city someplace that people want to visit, work , or live in you need to invest wisely with a look to the future as well. I have mixed feelings about this development. I think this site should be getting something more than a stubby, residential high-rise. However, I know there is a good chance that we would have to wait decades to see a sizable (500ft - 900ft), mixed-use or office tower.

Your fun is my lack of sleep and hassle getting around the community I live in.

Perhaps you would like a city or suburb between 20,000 - 50,000. Find one that is stable or has little chance at experiencing growth.
