If anything, this might give the current owners incentive to do a few upgrades to the theater. Here's hoping for new seats.

From afar they seem alright, but the street presence is pretty awful. Lots of blank walls on the street level of the towers, save for what faces Main St.

I agree with you here. It seems as though there are options for low-income, and higher-income people being built, but it is hard to find new apartments that someone making an average-income could afford.

This was 'approved' several months ago. I didn't realize they were still working on financing.

Does anyone know what the logic was behind having the bike lanes on the left side to begin with? I think it is a huge mistake not to move both bike lanes to the right side of the street.
