A highway cap at cedar river side and across downtown st paul. I just dont think you can get a full removal of the highway done but we can make massive improvement's to how it currently divides the city

That seems very high to me. In MN the avg was $14,000 per student in 2020. No doubt MPS has challenges that many other school districts don't but even so. A detailed break down would be very helpful to assess if its mismanagement or just the district

AT&T is leaving their downtown tower for Bloomington. This is around 90k in office space

UHG is looking to sell or lease its HQ. The company will be MN based. No word on what there office space plan is.
I can dream for a bit this means they will move downtown even if that is very doubtful
