The new fence will be 10’ tall, and similar to the one at Azine/2nd where the armored trucks enter.

Soil conditions means removing contaminated soil, removing soil that is insufficient for bearing the load that will be placed upon it, or adding a mechanical solution to amend the soil. (Piling, grout columns, soil nails, etc)

We should finish sub level footings and pads by mid week for the new Lunds.

The first footings for that building were poured on Thursday. Two weeks to get it completely excavated.

Has anyone close to the site been bothered by the blasting? The ‘rock trencher’ was ineffective at carving out the utility trenches. (too wet) There is no way to stay on schedule using excavator mounted hydraulic breakers, so we switched over to blasting last week.

It reads as if the solution would be more police.

If the spots on either side of the entrance are already taken, I will be using the drive-thru. If there isn’t one, I will drive around while my phone finds me one.Vitally important to be able to get into my car and drive to the coffee shop 300 feet away.

The building pads where Pulte will be working is nearing completion. The deadline to have those sites ready is August 1st.
Site utility work has begun with sanitary sewer main installation. They started at the new Cretin/Montreal intersection.
