Your second point is not too much of a concern. Removing cable barrier is cheap and easy. It is easier and cheaper to remove 300’ of cable barrier than to remove two large trees.

Site grading and utility plan approval/rejection is due next week.

Roof construction will start next week on the south side.
The potain on the north side will be removed on Friday. Backfilling and removal of retention beams on that side should be complete by next Friday.

Plan on working at this site tomorrow.
