Reclamation continues, should have all of the existing asphalt/concrete surfaces removed and stockpiled by the end of next week. Onsite crushing of those materials should happen soon after that, probably will take 8-10 days to process. No word on how close the city is to approving the modified utili...

There will be an acceleration of the 94 re-surfacing from 280 to Nicollet due to the shelter order. That is the only project I have heard being pushed up.

For those living in apartments or still working in an building with elevators, how are you handling that aspect? Is the elevator disinfected regularly? How do you handle crowded stairwells? I moved my oldest daughter home from college yesterday. Two trips required use of the elevator. (heavy items) ...

We have begun work. Reclamation of asphalt and concrete surfaces will be stockpiled at the south end of the former paint building footprint. Once crushing starts, it will be stockpiled on-site, at the south end of the paint parking lot. The deer are annoyed. The coyotes are skittish. The ducks are i...

Interesting about the U.K. I doubt the same holds true here, I am of the opinion most people don’t adjust/program their thermostat to conserve while at work.

Ground retention anchors have been removed from the sub-levels. The post-tension decks have all reached their 90 day cures, and the connecting pour strips all passed and are cured.
Our remaining work is to remove and replace the sidewalk when the project nears completion.

I do have couple of small items to share. Ryan is placing their job site office trailer on the east side, directly south of Lunds. Excellent visibility of the site there. Highland 9 hole proposal to reuse the land for soccer fields, skate park, and pickle ball. Thank goodness they’re going over there. The 18 hole side is a nightmare. The water towers on the west side leak (a lot) so bad that they didn’t have pipe in a water supply, they just pump out of the ponds on...
