My understanding is that if ONE Utility is owned, rent is 4x the number on the dice which landed the player on the utility, but if BOTH Utilities are owned, rent is 10x the amount shown on the dice. And the mortgage value would be approximately $75.

^^^IMO, the vacant parcel next to Calhoun Square is way, way overdue for development. It's by far the worst gap in the urban fabric and feel of Uptown. the towers themselves are fine-- i think the weirdness of the design simply comes from the distance from the core of downtown. if they were surrounded by a mix of other types of highrises, it wouldnt look so out of place. but it does. the neighborhood itself is a really unique spot in america. and i...
