The Hennepin County board apparently just voted to redirect $98M of transit money to "roads and bridges"? How am I just hearing about this even being possible and does anyone have more detailed information on the matter?

I heard the New Bohemia at Hennepin and University closed. Has anyone heard much about why, or if anything new is expected to replace it soon?
