Re: Stanton Condo Building - 516 S. 8th St.
Maybe when Mr. Stanton wakes up and realizes this isn't Eden Prairie he can do somethingFrom bapster's article:
Good luck with that, Jim.“When the city wakes up and understands that you need more parking, then we’ll do something,” Stanton said.

Ok here's what I don't understand. The people that conducting these exercises are the people that go shoot terrorists for blowing up our buildings. Not the people who shoot people and pets over a little bit of pot. I deal with the problems created by militarized police every day in my day job, so I ...

Ok, let's not pretend the people who voted for Michelle Bachman want to be inclusive. You talk to voters, not party establishment...of either party.Let's also not pretend the party of "no" wants to be inclusive

Re: Grocery Stores
I'd venture to guess people who prefer living somewhere like downtown or the downtown adjacent neighborhoods, especially those in "luxury apartments," also prefer eating out more than most people. You don't need a lot of grocery runs if you only cook a couple times a week.

Approximately 70% of the bus fleet will be capable of the announcements by the end of the year, with all buses capable by 2017. Looks like they aim to have most urban local buses have the announcements by November, and be fully implemented by early next year. About time! Other places have only had ...

The walk from Nicollet Mall Station to the Target HQ is 7-9 minutes. There are days in Minnesota where you're inviting frostbite from that walk. This isn't the attitude that is going to get people to use transit. That walk takes 5 minutes and has skyways lining the entire stretch. Anyone without a ...

I would have loved a Trader Joe's. Still absolutely great to get another grocery store around downtown. Any speculation on who it is?
