For the phase 1 of housing at the L&H site they built up the east side first. That side has been topped out for a month or so and there is already a lot of siding on. They are putting up the top level of the west side right now, I'm guessing it will be done by next week. The building is schedule...

I don't think there is going to be a point where Hi-Lake is "all torn up" anytime soon. Any of the major tier 3 changes identified in the Hi-Lake study are years out if they happen at all. Some of the tier 1 improvements from that study may happen this construction season but they would mo...
