Precinct caucuses are April 16, and ward conventions begin very soon after that. For example, Ward 10 Convention is on April 27.

Something we haven't discussed yet: I'm disappointed about the loss of property tax revenue for the City.

We have a very nice parcel of desirable land that will now be owned by a tax-exempt organization.
