It looks like site work has started.

I noticed it above the trees back in the Spring, but haven't seen any web presence anywhere. Stevens Construction out of Madison is the GC, and they have one pic of the bridge to the island.

And the large Bloomington site at American Bouldvard & 34th Avenue (IndiGO at Bloomington Central Station - what a name). Maybe something has happened in the last few weeks, but it looked as dead as a doornail in mid-June.

First phase of development just south of Sherman's West Side Flats expansion will likely be 160 to 180 apartments. Developers are Dan Hunt and Weidner Apartment Homes. I've also thought both of the south corners of the 42nd & Bloomington intersection could be redeveloped -- one of those auto repair shops is pretty tired looking.

WOW. The rehab of the existing building looks great! The addition, not so much.

It does leaving you wanting more. Exeter has done some nice projects, so I'm a little surprised.
