The Rise Modular site has broken ground. There was a construction fence up and dirt moved when I biked by this past weekend.

Per this LinkedIn post from the developer construction will start immediately here and will be wrapped up in spring 2024. Great news!

Heard the United Properties VP of hospitality speak recently - sounds like the office portion is on track to open in February, and the hotel in June. Even with Covid, the construction timeline hasn't wavered more than a couple weeks.
