Radisson Red restaurant space info

And to cause even more confusion about the parking ramp site, they include "Proposed Office" in the aerial

Walked thru the WF west tower today from the Haaf ramp. Lot's of Beige and grays with a few wood brown accents. Nothing open yet in the west tower on the skyway. Lots of old pics done as large posters with the history of the city right now. The east tower is to have the Caribou/Einstein Bagels in that tower plus the WF bank branch. WF employees enter their work on the ground floor and go thru a badge turnstile like thing to get in. Nice terrazzo floors on the main level when you walk in from the street. East tower opens in April if all is on time.

Mod note: Discussion about Ryan's vaporware tower proposal on the parking ramp block has been moved to its proper thread: https://forum.streets.mn/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2079

Per Wells, Caribou/Einstein will be in the West tower (550) and the bank branch will be in the East (600).

If that is the case I'm not sure why there were no construction fronts for the Caribou. I'm sure I looked at the signs on the skyway correctly that stated what was going into each tower. Because the 550 had the Restaurant and an WF ATM, and what looked to be a possible service company. 600 was Caribou and the bank branch. But people make mistakes on the signs all the time. The east and west each had their own sign. I though it strange that both those were not in the west tower to start with. But figured they wanted to get some tenants that would put activity into the east tower skyway. Possibly to bring people from west of 5th street thru the 550 building so that they would have the foot traffic counts for them to get future tenants in those spaces.

Just walked through there. The sign in the skyway today says 550: Caribou/Einstein, WF ATM and McKinney Roe (connected on first floor) and 600: WF Bank branch and D. Brians.

Caribou and D. Brians eh? Doesn't get more "beige" than that. Great complement to the Caribou and Subway a block over.

It really does! If you took it out of Minneapolis and placed it elsewhere, it could pass for a smaller cities skyline.

Based on the data on their websites about leasing:

The Western Edition (Building 510) is 21% leased or 6 out of 29 units.

The Eastern Edition (Building 640) is 25% leased or 8 out of 32 units.

I'd expect both to be close to or fully leased by the time final work is completed or shortly thereafter considering the relatively small number of units in play here.

You mean final work with the park complete, and stadium finished?

Can't remember what the other building, on the north side of the western tower, is supposed to be called or whether there is a separate thread for it, but it appears they began excavating for it this morning. When I rode by on the way in, they were breaking up asphalt and now they seem to be moving some dirt around.

Yep. It's going to be called the Millwright Building, I think.

Now that you guys say it, I remember that the entrance to the underground parking at that tower says "Millwright" over it, which confused me for a second.

I thought this was the Mill District, not the Warehouse District.
