The curving Opus Twins that are across Marquette from the 4Marq. Just look for the two towers with the green bands of glass. Maybe 100/150 5th St will help you out.The what?the 150 Towers across the street.

Does anyone know what material is being used on the tower corners where the silver insulation now is showing?

Re: 4Marq - (313' - 30 Stories)
May have changed but I think it's going to be aluminum panels like used in the windows
Re: 4Marq - (313' - 30 Stories)
Is 4marq going to be more expensive than nic on 5th?
Re: 4Marq - (313' - 30 Stories)
Without the balconies, I would find it hard for them to charge more when the residents will not have their own private outdoor space. Is 4marq going to be more expensive than nic on 5th?

You gotta love that parking ramp. (not sarcasm)
Re: 4Marq - (313' - 30 Stories)
Hmm. The recessed windows remind me of what I used to call the "TV Building" on University Avenue.

That is what locals call that building.Hmm. The recessed windows remind me of what I used to call the "TV Building" on University Avenue.

There are a few of the precast concrete boxes at ground level now. I would say about 6 of them facing Marquette. Still 3 level of glass yet to go to get the windows in place. Was hoping by now that they would have started putting up the exterior of the parking garage.

Those last 3 floors of windows don't seem to be going in very fast. I missed the ground floor today as I was more preoccupied by the concrete work they were doing on that wreck of a parking ramp across the street. If they are putting money in that ramp, then it will not be going down anytime soon.

I really had to fix the brightness and highlights on the last one due to how white those panels are. They were beaming!

Is it odd this project doesn't have a traditional plywood & pipe pedestrian tunnel? Not feeling the safety from those nets.
