I would have preferred that the inverted corner from the first picture extend through the podium and to the ground. The podium corner now looks kind of random and clunky.

Just talked to Dan Lessor, project manager, who I coincidentally ran into while waiting for my bus across from 4marq. He said that the city fire inspector said they can't have the precast reaching all the way to the top floor. He didn't go into too much detail because I don't like frying people with these kind of questions. 6 foot tall glass will now surround the top floor.
Sorry for the delay, but does anyone else feel that this is odd and should have been figured out prior to plans being approved by the city? I would have expected the architects and engineers to be familiar enough with fire codes that this wouldn't ever been shown in the renderings if it was against code.

Good news! The 2,300 sq ft retail space will be handled by Ackerberg! I wish they got a hold of more of the Dwntown CBD market. Tired of seeing Northmarq and Cushman Wakefield everywhere. Hopefully this won't still be empty next year.. Nic on Fifth

I saw a lot of suits walking in and out today. Along with what look to be some of the first residents getting another tour before move in.

But... Something even more exciting as I turned the corner...Benches!

Like to sit on! And Be protected from the rain! Like in a city!

I added arrows because my phone camera isn't great. I'm going to take a better picture soon.

According to their website, there are 88 left out of the 262 units. If this is true, the building is roughly 67% leased. From the amount of recent activity I've seen around the building, I'd believe that. I even saw some of the 4marq branded rental bikes over at Izzy's the other night.

Is 67% good?

The girl at the leasing office tells me they are 75% leased. Pretty good for 9 months and having higher rental prices. The amenities rooftop is very cool. You can sit out with your beer or lift weights 300 feet up.

Walked by tonight, and they've got the lobby floor and walls stripped down to the concrete. Is it normal to be renovating the lobby less than two years after opening?
