Thanks for the pic B. Still can't figure out why they have not started any of the exterior materials yet.

They're applying brick to the Fourth Avenue facade. It's not bad. I tried posting a picture, but this user-unfriendly site doesn't seem to want to allow that.

The back side as viewed from the skyway has almost all of the brick and some other finishes on the amenity deck level done. Upper floors- no finishes, same as the Wash side.

I tried to post a pic of the facade that I saw attached today, but it was too big. It can be seen on the backside of the building.

Third Avenue facade is getting (orange-tan) brick, starting at the street level.

The facade on the back is about 3 inches thick.

Looks like they are doing the brick work slowly and in section to save on heating costs They are still only working on the south side, interior court with the brick work. They still have at leas 2-3 section on the south side that will need to be completed. I think that they are waiting for the weather to warm up to get started on the Street facades as they may need to close a lane so that they can erect scaffolding and have staging areas for the brick and concrete. They still have a few levels that need glass installed.

Almost all the windows are in and the brickwork is getting up there.

That was intentional! I tried to get the word "erotic" in the pic but it was a little dark I guess.

I walked by today and the building is coming along nicely. The brick facade is close to completion and you can see into a few units that the sink and cabinets are already in place.

I'm pretty excited about this building and received some information from the community manager:

-Pre-leasing office opens in April with info on availability and pricing
-The expected opening will be between mid-July and September (the community manager hinted earlier rather than late thanks to the mild winter)
-All amenities will be complete by the time the first tenant moves in
-Privacy film will be put over the skyway windows to prevent passerby's from peering into units and amenity spaces

I'm really interested in how they're pricing these units. Looking forward to that info.
