They have started demolition on this site.
Thread title should be changed to "The Natural" I guess. Sigh.
It's an homage to the baseball stadium.
Just be glad they're not doing an homage to HERC

So, to be clear: when we say this will be L-shaped, wrapped around Fulton, does that mean...
a.) one corner of the L will be against 6th Avenue and the overpass, or...
b.) One corner of the L will be against 6th Avenue and 5th Street?

Take a look at the .pdf on the 1st page. LOTS of info.
The L will be on 5th and behind Fulton from 6th.

Looks like the grounds are completely cleared and they are shoring up a parking lot for Fulton, then we may see some action here!

There is some equipment on the site, but it's been cleared for a while. The equipment may be for the Fulton work, which appears to be a patio actually. Not sure the Natural is underway quite yet.

This morning the equipment was gone and Bag Man was back, so I think we have to wait a while longer for The Natural.
Poor Bag Man, not too long ago he had a nice rusty prefab diner on this site to hang out in, not all he has is an eroding dirt lot.

That's going to be a fun place to hang out when construction starts next door, haha. I'm sure it will be great once The Natural is finished, though.

This was my first thought too... Then I looked at the .pdf that is the very 1st post of this thread. Sure enough the picture is there. It's in the upper right corner of every page.
This picture does not show the L shape very well, but it is what the corner will look like.

As do I! I like the size of this development. Smaller parcels allow a variety of design on a block, which IMO increases street appearance.
