Talk from within the construction trailers is possibly as early as mid fall.

Reminder of the term sheet

I'm going to go ahead and assume that this is their "at least one" public meeting that's coming up.

Wedgeguy gets another winter building to get worked up about. But most of the winter will be pile driving and digging out the parking garage. Most concert work will be where they are not above the ground level. THey should be out of the ground by the first day of spring I would hope. Hotel must not be too worried about the Superbowl time line of they are starting that late.

In my experience, excavators actually like excavating in the winter because the claim that the earth is much drier. Getting through the frost layer isn't a problem with their equipment and they aren't dealing with wet soils.

Anyone willing to give odds whether it shaves more floors, adds floors, or stays same?

Personally, I'm more excited to see if they release a groundbreaking date.

The latest statistics showed vacancy rates staying even, so I don't really think they have a legit excuse to. That being said I think if the design is great it won't matter.

The market is strong and can and will continue to support more apartments, and we will see more of a continued boom in condo development. I think we will likely see a couple proposed apartment towers convert in total or in part to condos.

Mod Note: Discussion of theoretical secret height limit moved to a new home, again.

Everyone who's going to the meeting tomorrow, don't forget to provide a clothing update in this thread.
