The photo lets you see the scale of the tower. It's also fun to contrast it to Eleven. Eleven is going up more quickly, but is a simpler building. I'm waiting for the cranes and building to start breaking into the skyline.

With these two towers and the reconstruction of the roadway, this view will be absolutely unrecognizable in two years from what it looked like two years ago. Will be fun to toggle back and forth on Google Streetview.

They have also started construction on the library skyway connection.

Nice. Really been waiting to see more photo updates of these towers since my office is a block from this and working from home doesn’t get me the daily fix!

This is fun to see. I keep watching for when we can see it from the Stone Arch Bridge along with Eleven.

I did not realize that a second skyway connection over Nicollet Mall from the Library was included with this project. Don't know the status of Nicollet 301 so I wonder if there will be a "skyway to nowhere" temporarily or a direct connection to 365.

They (UP/Four Seasons) were pretty insistent about being connected to the skyway system, so I'm sure that if 301 Nicollet is cancelled (I haven't heard anything either), the Nicollet skyway will turn and connect over to 365 until something is built there.

I biked down Hennepin yesterday and these two towers create quite the cavern affect with how close they are to the street. The open half of the OPUS block also stands out as empty. Overall, the quality of this tower is evident and it's going to be really nice to see it open. It's nice to cross the Hennepin Avenue bridge and have an introduction to Downtown. (Think about how far you have to drive when coming into Downtown via Washington or Hennepin to get this sort of density before these projects versus now.)

But will it be nicer than the Four Seasons Philadelphia? Or that other Four Seasons on Hennepin Avenue in downtown Minneapolis? (Seriously, that is a swanky looking place) https://www.facebook.com/4seasonsdance

It will be better than the Four Seasons Landscaping in Philly, but not nearly as iconic.

But can we get Rudy to talk about "all the networks" for the gateways grand opening in a year or so? Tell him there are 1 million biden votes in one of the hotel rooms all filled out by hunter biden that will flip MN to trump

This is really starting to make an impact on the skyline when driving in from the West on hwy 55. Can't wait for completion. Turning out much better than I thought it would.

I can see it from my street in North Mpls. It's going to extend the skyline decently.
