Checking the web cam for this site - this project is really moving along. The weather the past month may have had something to do with it. Should top out by the end of the year. The concrete pumps on these projects(like 432 Park in NYC) are time savers.

I can see it from Skyscape now. I'll put the telephoto on and get a few pics tomorrow.

My grandmother lives across the street in the Nicollet towers across the street. It has perfect views from over top, for now, of the building. I will take some pictures and upload them as soon as I visit her.

I have a great view of this project from my front door. I'll snap a few pictures some other time.

They're starting the 11th floor of the tower right now. Looking at the renderings, the tower rises 33 stories out of the base, which means that the tower is about 1/3 of the way there.

Yesterday, I noticed the beautiful green glass curtain wall is starting to be installed on the lower levels. You can see it approaching the project from the north in front of SA. This is a going to be a slender tower with a lighter tonality. Will look very urbane and graceful.

It stands 152 feet tall right now. So another 224 feet. Will have a nice impact from the west and southwest views.

I noticed that also when I was in the Hyatt parking garage. The second level of th residential tower has some glaas curtain wall being applied.

I grabbed a shot of the glass going in on LPM. There is also some on the Spruce and 14th side.

The crown will be illuminated with backlit frosted glass which will give it an even more "beacon" status at night.

Cool view! Although I'm a bit surprised that the view from a Loring Park high-rise isn't more blocked than the one you are showing. It just goes to show that cities like Chicago and NYC (not our competitors by a long-shot, but still....) with high-rise neighborhoods are so so so incredibly built up and densely populated that you're lucky if you have ample sunlight, let alone a view!

If I'm guessing correctly he's at MCTC... but yeah it would be nice if he couldn't see clear to Seward.
