a half dozen? I'm not sure we are aware of any besides this, the park ave one, and the hospital?
edit: just remembered the affordable housing on the lehman lot. anyone think of any more?

Aberdeen Court is the name of a senior community run in St. Paul by Catholic Charities. Given the use of this same name, my guess is that Aberdeen Flats would be the apartments planned to replace the Finance & Commerce Building on 7th next to Catholic Charities.

*they've updated the exterior of the hotel in the rendering. It looks much better. Mostly brick and more uniform design features. Definitely more refined.

This is awesome. Gotta give a lot of credit to Kraus Anderson for not only totally changing their design, but also being transparent with the process of construction.
