To be clear, I'm not blaming her. But just because she's not personally at fault doesn't mean that her position isn't a problem.

So I saw this at night with the logo on the east side lit up, it's very dim lighting that makes the logo/name visible but not obtrusive on the skyline. As far as signs on buildings it's pretty good.

Zigi probably has a dimmer switch in his suite that allows him to crank it to 11 on game nights.

But agreed -- I saw it from the freeway, and the sign looked surprisingly understated and sophisticated.

Agreed. The one I'm more worked up about is the football-field length logo on the roof.

Ok, Zigi is so smart I bet he does have a dimmer switch to help ensure the correct lighting is applied for each event and time. It's great knowing we have officials who have a plan to ensure we get the best design for our community! I'm going to have to check it out for myself tonight! Are the lights on all night long or do they turn off at midnight?

Zygi also bought lights to illuminate the interior in various colors that’ll seep through the roof and clerestory. So at night the building will glow continually, top to bottom, inside and out.

Seat installation was supposed to begin sometime this week on the East side of the northern bowl.

Awesome. That will look really cool.

I just drove around the stadium and the way the proportions and glass are on the north side is pretty nice. Not nearly as inhumane as one would expect.

I hate how it's being funded and what it represents, but damn if it doesn't look like some cool sci-fi backdrop when it's looming in the distance (esp the view down 4th st from around 3rd ave)

I drove down 88 from Roseville/ St. Anthony this morning. The stadium is perfectly framed in the corridor. It's absolutly bizarre. Its the only thing on the horizon.

when you are looking at the online webcam. Interior view #3 ...how many people do you think will try to climb it within the 1st year? My guess is 4 people. What is yours?
