If a recession hits in the next couple years, we don't have a very long window for major project. The risk will increase, especially with the higher construction costs. .

Wasn’t today the ground breaking for this project. I didn’t see anything in the news today about it happening...

There appears not to be a thread on Alia, but with Eleven securing financing, the Strib is reporting Lux as saying the Alia project is dead: http://www.startribune.com/financing-se ... 561273132/
