I'm confused too. There is a two story all glass that is under Amenities and then there is a 10-12 story building under apartments. I love both but have never seen a proposal for the 10-12 story building.....I love it but think it is just to make the block look cool.

The Feb 10, 2020 Planning Commission packet shows a parking lot on the 500 Washington parcel (see Page 59). Do you know when it was revised and if you have a link could you share it?
