Old Walgreens on Nicollet

Does anyone have further news about what is going to be done with the old Walgreens on Nicollet. Someone finally bought it. I think a new Apple Store in this location could work.

Honestly a good spot for it. Assuming we get office workers back at some point this would do much better. Uptown was always a low traffic area imo

A new Apple Store will be in the Dayton's Project. I'm willing to bet on that.
