Parking requirements for affordable housing

Anyone know if there are different parking requirements for affordable/subsidized housing? Or is it the same as market-rate developments?

Sometimes the funders for affordable housing projects have minimum parking requirements that exceed city requirements. Since many affordable housing projects have multiple layers of financing it is not uncommon that one or more funders have minimum parking requirements.
