Some different angles. Does anyone know if the elaborate terraced walk-out has been canceled? Or maybe that was for one of the other Elan phases?

The terrace section is part of Phase 2 across the sreet.

We now have wood walls on the second story or the Dupont side of the buildings. My guess is they will do a similiar build as Flux did. Start out on the west and then move the crane over to Colfax once the Dupont half of the building is topped off. This would also allow for a gradual moving in schedule as different area of the building are completed.

From what I learned today from one of the construction guys that I talked with on the street, is that this project will basically be like Fluxx. Three separate buildings with 2 levels of shared undergound parking. There will be a SW building, a SE building, and the 3rd building will run along the north edge of the property full block like Fluxx. There will be an outdoor common area with pool, that will over look the greenway. This area will be much smaller than the Fluxx courtyard. As of today there is one level of stick construction done on the SE building. There will be a second construction crane going up on Colfax to match the one on Dupont. HE was told it would be delivered tomorrow, but he thought it would be more like next week before you see it up in the sky.

The east construction crane is up and working this week. They have some of the first stick walls up on the east building.

Second story of stick construction done on the west building with Roof/Floor rafters starting to be put in place. They have started second floor stick construction on the east building today. THey are still working on the basement/sub level of the north building.

Two levels of stick construction have been completed on the East and west buildings. Still working to finish off the lower parking levels on the north building. That part is proceeding very slowly. I'm sure this snow has set them back a bit as they had to clear snow off and get rid of it.

THey have finally started stick construction on the north building. The west building has some walls up for the 3rd level of stick construction. The east build will start the 3rd leve this coming week.

Third story of stick wall going up on the east building. North building is about the same. Floor/roof trusses are almost all in place on the west building so they may start the 4th level of stick before the first of the year.

5th story just went up on the west building, and it makes a dramatic difference in the building's visibility from Lake. Excited to see what 6 looks like!

Still working on the roofing trusses on the west building so it will be next week at the soonest before they start level 6. They are putting up the 5th floor walls, on the east building now so that is looking good. They are making slow progress on the northbuilding also. Work on the second level is about halfway there.

Last level of construction has started on the West building. Still need rafters on the north and east buildings before more floors go up.
