Sort of. The Planning Commission (CPC) and Planning Commission Committee of the Whole (CoW) meet every two weeks (CPC on Mondays, CoW on Thursdays), and their agendas, with staff reports attached, are uploaded the Wednesday or Thursday before meeting weeks:

This is now demolished! I drove by it today but couldn't get a photo. Combined with the Arby's block, the Lagoon and Colfax will really feel different.
