So, I just looked this location up on google maps, and I noticed that they've renamed Third Avenue as "Clarissa Rogers Walker Way". I thought that typically these renamings are only honorary, and shouldn't actually change people's addresses, etc. Right?

It's just a little sign underneath the regular sign. It doesn't appear on any other documents.

Right, I just thought it was strange (and probably confusing, for anybody trying to navigate) that google maps was using that name instead of Third Avenue.

Gotcha. I wasn't sure who you meant by "they" in your sentence. But I get it now and agree that it's confusing!

"Dreamland on 38th" sounds like a strip club.
