This is going to be the most random, glommed together block in the whole state. I really hope that somebody is paying close attention to fire separations and building codes, because this is an absolute mess.

"....Fifth Floor -Women Only-....."

Why would you include that stipulation on the drawing?
And I guess they mean it, too- only one restroom on that floor in the drawing, with stalls only....

I suppose it's for that reason, to explain why there's only one restroom on the floor.

I'm curious about the ~20% of the building devoted to "storage" on floors two and three, without a freight elevator. A truly fascinating building.

Maybe I'm the only one but I love the whole "center of the community, invest local" vibe that this gives me.

This is up to the 3rd or 4th floor. Its massively massive, lol. But all in all you've got to love the investment here

This is a very specific drawing. From the women's only restroom to labeling each person's office. Super cool building though, the map of the grocery part is detailed enough where you could print that as the customer map.

The Star Tribune wrote a nice article about Sabri and the Karmel complex. The last paragraph mentions that he's purchased some land for a ten story(!) condo(!!) building "a short walk north".
