SOS Furniture is moving to Vadnais Heights this summer.

The project on the south side of University Ave at Hampden Ave has finished up. I think it looks really good. Nice big windows, simple and elegant detailing.

Looked into moving in there. I really don't see the appeal of living in the area until industry is more phased out. Definitely a big detriment on health and air quality there.

The paper mill is pretty stinky on warm summer evenings.

Re: Raymond Station area developments
There’s kind of surprisingly a lot right around there but no real synergy as a district since it’s mostly specialty stores and in a bit of a dead zone for residential between the Raymond and Westgate stations.
