Spyhouse opening it's fifth location at Snelling & Palace in St. Paul. The Strib says it is at 460 Snelling Ave S., though I think that is actually 420 Snelling Ave S.

There are a couple vacant retail spots there, where the Gremlin Theater and aikido center used to be. Someone also told me a brewery was going in here, but I haven't seen anything official so who knows.

Yep... A permit has been pulled for a restaurant build-out at 2400 University (described as "center space of multi-tenant space"). Guessing that's the spot.
