The Plymouth Church Neighborhood Foundation will partner with the House of Hope Presbyterian Church and the Wilder Foundation to build a 44-unit building targeting homeless and at-risk youth on University Avenue near Prior Avenue. I assume this will be just east of the Prior intersection, probably on the north side, but I'm not sure. A bit more information and a rendering are here:

I'm not sure if it's for this project, but the southeast corner of Prior and University is now a huge hole in the ground.

That would be for Habitat for Humanity's new 3-story office HQ.

Ah, that's it -- I was thinking maybe Salvition Army for some reason. Clearly I should have looked at our project map.

Despite a shadow being cast by the Habitat for Humanity building, here's a shot of the site. Now up to two stories:

not sure if it was this building or not, but one of the under construction buildings along this stretch of university closed the sidewalk with no alternative route. I almost hit a woman who stepped into the street so that she could keep walking! it should be illegal to close a sidewalk like that!

You're probably thinking of Hamline Station. Not only did they close the entire very wide sidewalk, they kept it closed much longer than they needed to.

This is nearing completion. Pretty good infill, IMO. I like the scale of the building and the way it tucks between its neighbors.

Great on the front, big surface parking lot on the back.
