While driving home yesterday, I noticed that the old car dealership building on the corner of University Ave and Marion St. I'm not aware of any development plans for this lot, but it sure would be nice to get a nice residential building on this side of university.

That land used to be a part of Saxon Ford. They had at least a few lots along University on both sides of the road. Yes, there could be another Hamline station built on that parcel. That few blocks west of Rice Street station really needs to get some real development started. I notice just to the east that you can finally start seeing foundation and wall coming out of the ground for the new senate office building.
