Central Medical / Central Midway

At some point in fairly recent history, I noticed that the sign on the top of the building swapped "Medical" for "Midway". I was curious, and came across this site -- looks like they are trying to slightly reposition the building and punch a number of large windows in the side.

Back in the day I used to go to an orthodontist as well as an endodontist in this building. It's not a "beautiful" building, but it IS incredibly visible and probably deserves a mention. I'm curious to see what the new owners end up doing with it.
