Milan's Motors pop-up (University & Grotto)

This is an oddball project -- a pop-up at Milan's Motors, where their building facing University Avenue at Gotto Street had been damaged by fire a while back.

There are a few small renovation projects going on in this area that will collectively go a long way to revitalizing the area. One of the small groceries is getting a new storefront, the retail building that SugaRush (great donuts there) is getting new cladding, and this project. Baby steps.

I hope the space in front of the building will be used for some sort of patio, and not a parking lot. we'll see...
