A project here is back on the table, with different developers. Will be presented at the UPDC Land-use meeting this coming Monday Dec 21. Aims to be affordable. no retail or commercial space.

Marshall from Snelling to Hamline is such a sad sight. I hope this helps because it probably can't make it any worse.
It is a rather forlorn stretch of light industrial. I'm hopeful this will inject more life into that area.
