Yes, looks like American Engineering owns Rihm property and wants to maintain trucks, boring rigs on it.

Apparently the developer and American Engineering we're asked to try to work out their issues before final ruling on this, decision pushed to May. I think the residential in the area can be fine with nearby industrial uses.
