The first 20 'single-family' homesites went up for sale. More than half (11) are now reserved.

Some of the lots are HUGE. You could build a nice cluster development on an 82'x240' lot. I'd imagine each property will have an ADU of some kind at the least. Zoning allow 1-6 units per lot.

What indication is there that every property will have an ADU? Just because you're rich enough to buy a huge lot and are permitted to build an ADU doesn't necessarily mean you want one.

Bohland is finished, (curb and paved) up to Woodlawn from Mississippi Boulevard. Woodlawn, Mount Curve, and Cretin are all ready for curb and paving this spring.

Here are a few shots of the first building. The panels for the first residential floor above the grocery area are mostly in place. The ground floor is quite tall, though it's down the slope a ways from the existing shopping center buildings, so it's only now reaching the same height as the (false?) roof on the strip mall section north of the existing Lunds. The first shot is facing southwest, while the other two are generally facing east/southeast.

There will be a retaining wall separating the two buildings along the east side, with the new building’s loading dock being lower. The loading dock is halfway down along the east side.

A couple shots from May 28th, the first from the fence at the far west edge of the site, and the other from the intersection of Ford Parkway and Cretin Ave.

I should also mention that curbs have started to appear for the new streets south of Ford Parkway, specifically I've seen them this past week at the intersection of Mount Curve Blvd, where it looks like utility work has also been going on, causing the eastbound lanes of Ford to be closed/diverted.

You can see a lot of curbs in this drone video from about a month ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aYpSngUXcs0

Big 300-unit senior project to begin soon. 182 units on block 6, and 112 units on block 7, with a pedestrian bridge spanning the two buildings.

Reposting the block by block development matrix and timeline

Article also notes most of the roads through the site will be getting their first layer of asphalt soon.

The lower level elevator pits and footings are done on Block 6. That is 65-70% of the footprint, the rest is up one level.

Whatever you think about light pollution and glare, St. Pauls lanterns that are lower down and maintain glass sides look a lot nicer than the glassless "ghost lanterns" of Minneapolis and Xcel. It just doesn't work to produce full cutoff optics with what are intended to be classical designs and if they want to do so they should go with one of the more modern designs to avoid it looking completely stupid.

Stillwater is now planning to replace the leased shoebox and fake chimney lantern sodium installation in their downtown with city owned acorn 3000K LEDs that will be non-cutoff, similar to the ones installed on the lift bridge and that were originally in downtown before the 1950s fluorescent "whiteway" installation and then the current installation.

^ Yes, and Stillwater also recently installed a number of automobile scale lighting posts at Lowell Park by the riverfront. They are frequently flooded during high-water times, too.

For anyone interested in what the rowhomes might look like, Pulte recently completed and sold out a development in Germantown MD called Century Row. From what I can tell, the floor plans are similar, some of the stock photos used for highland bridge are also from this development. The biggest difference between what is being proposed for highland bridge is the design for the roof/4th floor

Pulte has requested dirt work to ready the lots between Mount Curve and the central water feature.

Block 2 is rumored to be scheduled to begin this winter.

They are expecting the first closing to be in January, wouldn't that mean they would have to be starting site/foundation work soon?
