Park lot (pallet park) is filled with theater goers

On the bus home yesterday it was full of people with a tent behind it as well.

Does anyone know anything more about this pocket park?

Farmer's Market will move to Hennepin during Nicollet Mall reconstruction.

I've always thought Minneapolis is at its finest on Nicollet Mall on a sunny Thursday lunch hour, so I'm excited to see some of this energy on Hennepin.

What are the odds this VERY sad Hennepin Avenue Farmer's Market is going to get any better? I know it's early in the season, but I've seen, what, maybe 3 stands when I come in on the bus and they all seem to be on different blocks.

They were still pretty spread out when it was on the mall. What are the odds this VERY sad Hennepin Avenue Farmer's Market is going to get any better? I know it's early in the season, but I've seen, what, maybe 3 stands when I come in on the bus and they all seem to be on different blocks.

Things looked a lot better today when I got off the bus at Hennepin/5th. The last two days with the Farmers Market have essentially been rained out. Give it a bit more time.

I also don't think there's a lot of produce to sell yet. At Midtown Farmers Market most of the booths are prepared products or nursery plants. I think the only raw produce I've seen so far is rhubarb, green onions, and asparagus.
